Q: Could you provide free samples?

A: Yes, we can send free samples with customer’s express account.

Q: Do you accept small order?

A: Sure. In order to give our customers more convenience, we accept small order. Please feel free to contact us.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 7-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 20-40 days if the goods are not in stock. It’s up to quantity.

Q: How do you control your quality?

A: We implement thee inspections--material inspection, in-production inspection, before shipment inspection--to make sure our quality.

Q: What’s your packing?

A: Small box with customer’s logo, plastic bag, jar, plastic containor, bucket, carton etc available. All can per customer’s request.

Q: What is your payment term?
A: Generally, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment or against B/L copy.

Q: What is the product warranty?
